This is a 80 guests big party. Location was in community club house.
這是個大約80人的滿月酒(廣東人是滿3個月)宴會,地點是在社區的俱樂部宴會廳。
Miggi plus 2 people prepare the appetizer and main dishes.
Me and My assitants all have National Restaurant Association, Safety and Sanitation certificate.
我僱用兩位職業幫手(我用的人一定要有食品衛生安全證書),3人一起準備了前菜、沙拉和主菜。

We devided food to 2 area. One area is cold appertizers. The hot food were next to the kitchen.
所有食物分成冷盤區和熱盤區,熱盤區靠近廚房,方便我們添加新的食物。
