主廚跳舞

This is a whole chicken without any bones except the wings. I use a special technique to remove the bones while leaving the chicken in a single piece.  It makes a very special holiday meal because everyone is surprised that it is boneless.  Available filled with either a traditional American or Asian-inspired stuffing.
